A One-Click Reset for When Tabs Multiply Like Rabbits 🐇
When your browser tabs start multiplying faster than thoughts in your head, there’s a quick way to reset: your breath.
Try box breathing:
- Inhale for 4 counts
- Hold for 4 counts
- Exhale for 4 counts
- Hold for 4 counts
Repeat for 3 rounds.
✨ Where to use it:
- Before a meeting → 2 minutes to ground yourself
- After context-switching → 1 minute to clear the slate
- When celebrating a win → 1 slow, grateful breath to soak it in
